Due to the hygienic nature and high demand of our products, all sales are final. While we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, exchanges in the form of store credit is possible depending on the situation and condition of the product. We do not offer refunds, however, we will gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests submitted after this window will not qualify for an exchange.
• Products must be in its original packaging and resellable condition—this means it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way. Original ties must remain intact, just as received. 
  
• If there is a minor issue, we can fix it to ensure you get the perfect fit.
