Returns and Exchange
At FMG Wigs, we are committed to excellent service delivery to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. All our products undergo rigorous quality control processes prior to shipping.
Order processing begins immediately once an order is submitted. Because of this, we cannot make any modifications after the order has been placed. This includes changes to products, refunds, shipping methods, addresses, cancellations, or any other adjustments.
Due to the hygienic nature and high demand of our products, all sales are final. While we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, exchanges in the form of store credit is possible depending on the situation and condition of the product. Please reach out to our customer service team Hello@fmgwigs.com for assistance with any exchange inquiries.
Note: Shipping costs associated with returning a product is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Store credit/ Exchange.
We do not offer refunds, however, we will gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests submitted after this window will not qualify for an exchange.
- Products must be in its original packaging and resellable condition—this means it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way. Original ties must remain intact, just as received.
- If there is a minor issue, we can fix it to ensure you get the perfect fit.
